Ordering shrimp and livestock

Freshly selected shrimp orders are packed conservatively for welfare. Exact size, colour, or sex ratio cannot always be guaranteed unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

Selection notes

• 1 to 5 shrimp: a male-heavy mix is more likely simply due to natural selection and availability.
• 10 or more shrimp: a broader mixed group is more common, often roughly around a 60 to 70 / 40 to 30 female-to-male balance, but never guaranteed.
• Juveniles can be harder to sex reliably than settled adults.

Dispatch and communication

For livestock welfare, orders may be held during unsafe weather. Tracking details are added to the order where available. If you need help before ordering, use the contact form, support email, or live chat.
