Returns Policy

This starter returns policy should be tailored to your own handling process and local obligations. Dry goods may usually be returnable in line with your store conditions if they are unused, unopened where required, and reported within your stated timeframe. Livestock returns are usually treated differently for welfare reasons.

Dry goods

  • Report damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods promptly with photos where helpful.
  • Do not send items back without return instructions.
  • Opened consumables or perishable goods may not be returnable unless faulty.

Livestock

DOA issues are handled under the separate DOA policy. Live animal returns are generally not accepted once dispatched unless required by law or agreed in writing as part of a welfare-first solution.
